Tiny Ten
Measuring in at just under 10m² footprint, the Tiny Ten shouldn't need council approval.
If you're doing a trailer build, It's under 2500 wide. Keep the interior light-weight you'll be under 3500kg which you can tow with any decent four wheel drive.There's room for a 900 x 900 Shower and toilet under the loft bed wtih a decent size kitchenette.
